New Villainology Mixtape Dropping!

John Anthony has announced Volume 4 of the Villainology mixtape!

The annual mixtape series from John Anthony — Villainology — is releasing tonight Dec. 2nd. This will be the forth installment of this mixtape and will feature fourteen songs; six remix tracks and one unreleased song, possibly from the 2022 album Villaination!.

The Villainology Series is an annual John Anthony mixtape, under Villainous Records, that drops every year on the first Friday of December. It features unreleased music, both remix songs and scrapped songs that were from albums or set as singles earlier in the year that never released. With the new volume here, there are now four mixtapes released; Volume 1, which released in 2019, Volume 2, which released in 2020, Volume 3 releasing last year in 2021 and now Volume 4 in 2022.

There was a strong belief and consideration that there wasn’t going to be a new Villainology series this year, but that clearly changed. It was confirmed today on John Anthony’s Instagram story and later on Villainous Records Instagram.

The Villainology Series is only streamed on a handful of streamers. Apple Music, Spotify, etc. won’t feature any of the mixtapes. The series is only available on SoundCloud, YouTube, BandCamp, AudioMack, MyMixtapez and SoundClick. Volume 4 will be featured on all those platforms except for AudioMack. Volume 1,2 & 3, howwever, is available on there.
